Mandolin Creek Gardens operates our two main greenhouses along with their enclosing pasture for the purpose of producing vegetable and fruit crops.

Aquaponics

Mandolin Creek Aquaponics works in conjunction with Mandolin Creek Gardens to raise freshwater aquatic livestock, including tilapia, catfish, and crayfish.

Kennels

Mandolin Creek Kennels produces trained purebred herding and livestock guardian dogs.
